Help me In Creating 2 Simple Commands :) - DanGk3nNn - 17.01.2014

I have To Make A Command
Like /xmlist
When i Type There a Box Will Appear There Will Be Written
On Title XT Members List.
[MEMBER NAME HERE]
[MEMBER NAME HERE]
[MEMBER NAME HERE]
And 2nd Command
/setxmmember Only For 9+ Admin level [ Using LAdmin ]
When we Type /setxmmember That Name Will Be included In /xmlist
If you can't get it Pm me i'll explain it.
I Hope Someone can Help me.
