Anti-Cleo? - Hitman-97- - 10.12.2013

So I want to integerate a feature that detects .cs files if a player is using or not. I noticed that some servers got that feature. for example, one day I joined a TDM server which has something similar to it, I had some .cs on like the memory fix, sun.cs(it makes the time always morning and sunny weather). After 5 secs of being there, I saw a message on the main chat saying 1792MB-StreamMemory.cs - Sun.cs detected on player ******

it wasn't a a/c server that required ac.exe or something
