You can't ask in scripting help a filterscript or a full script, no one will help you
consider to use search button before posting something, there are tons of scripts and little codes that help you making a full code of that fuel system in that forum.

I would suggest you to download some gamemode which has already a fuel system. You can modify it to your needs or just get a starting point how to create your own fuel system.
