My server is being targeted by a few small hackers who annoy me, then I ask you who are the most experienced, where I find the best programs against these hacks?

Anti fake kill
anti DDoS
Anti Bad Rcon attemp
Anti Bot

For "Bad RCON attempt" go to your server.cfg and add:

rcon 0

That will stop that. And for Anti DDoS, I suggest you talk to your host with that, it is very difficult to prevent DDoS. Also with the Fake Kill check this topic out:

if I put 0 rcon the server is not part of me, and then if I want to log as logging from rcon?
