Creating a RoadBlock - Jhony_Blaze - 07.10.2013

Hello, I want to know how to create a roadblock system like with multiple roadblocks, cones, detour signs and flares, possibly like using a command Ex /crb and a list of available roadblocks to appear, can someone send me maybe a filterscript of it or a example of it how to create one ?
