[HELP] Edit gamemode - OrangeCounty - 08.07.2013

I state that I have little knowledge of the English language, in fact I do help from ****** translator, I know I'm Newbie.
However ..
I'm going to create a small roleplay server, but do not understand much about pawn, use panama as a base gamemode, and I would need a help to create scripts, and above all to create a little story after recording ...

P.P.S. Ideally helpers who have a basic knowledge of the Italian language

Now we come to the aid which can serve wing community and that I should do in my server ...

• Remove [Advertising] [Armory], etc.. Pickup the business over, remove [Home] above the pickups of the houses ...
• Nick red and transparent red screen when the player fell to the ground
• Bar Hunger, Thirst how it works?
