I wanna add a map to my server but how?

You could use the search option here to get many tutorials regarding adding a map into server. Anyway, try this:

Download Streamer, include it. Under OnGameModeint, paste the codes and indent. For RemoveBulidingForPlayer, place those codest under OnPlayerConnect.
