I downloaded the command / tune from here:https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=378132
But when I make changes to respawn disappear .. how do I make them stay permanent?

Could you try and be a little bit more... descriptive about your problem? I'm assuming what you mean is, you have a command called /tune that plays music but when you respawn it stops playing?

EDIT: Just seen the creators comment, I assumed it was AudioStream related as opposed to car modifications, teaches me for not clicking the link eh!? :P

I'm the author of that script in first version. The version you downloaded it's remake with dialogs. This script wont save your car tuning to be permanent. Instead of this it gives you quick car tuning options instead going to mod shop everytime with your car. So if you want to save the parts reffer to https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/OnVehicleMod .
You can use OnVehicleMod to save car tuning parts for each car.
