I downloaded the command / tune from here:https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=378132
But when I make changes to respawn disappear .. how do I make them stay permanent?

Maybe the dialog ID's ar using in another system? Like on this FS. /tune command starts at 12 dialog ID, but your registration system have same ID - too. You should have to change Tune dialog ID's
