Question: Dynamic Objects - Harley99 - 12.02.2013

I seen on different server's how they can add horns to vehicles, attach sirens to Sultans, and Huntlys, add Miniguns to the top of roofs of the trucks and things, anyone got a script or somthing, or explain to me how to add it into my script, thanks.
