Unable to Execute (Win 8) - CJ101 - 05.01.2013

So today i upgraded from Win7 to Win8. I re-installed sa-mp and gtasa, also tried deleting the gta set file thingy. I get error "unable to execute"

halp a poor fellow

update:
i have fixed the above issue and now it just crashes on load

Does it give you a Crash Report?
Have you updated your Graphics Card recently?
Since the update, have you installed Direct x 9 or above?
