My samp wont load fully... - DuckWoosh - 06.11.2012

Hi, i need help whit my SAMP.
If i connect to my server and to other servers, it wont load fully...
It will load till 93% or something..
Does someone know how to fix it?

I also tried to reinstal samp and gta but still not working
And i tried to delete san andreas user files but still not working..

Your video is too short,increase the length and have you tried waiting ?

Yes, ive waited 15 min... check the end of the video, and pause the last second... it is freezing there and if i cntl+als+del then gta isnt responding
