DirectX or San Andreas? DirectX is in it's normal directory (also, it is version 9 I think), and San Andreas is in the default directory

Not what I meant, you need to install GTA:SA and SA:MP into a different directory rather than its default.

Make sure you have the newest DirectX.

Right Click< Properties < GTA_SA.exe and SA:MP.exe < Run Program As a Administrator.

I recommend you remove it completely off of your system. Disable all Anti-Virus's, restart the installtion process and then re-install SA:MP, running the setup.exe as a administrator and having your Anti-Virus disabled.

Note : I don't even think SA:MP and GTA:SA is on Mac. O.e I've never seen it before.

Oh, I don't have a Mac. It's just a custom theme for Windows 7 ^.^. Also, I've done that already. I don't use anti-virus, and I've reinstalled the game many times.

Sounds awesome, I have a "custom" made Windows 7. Not theme like alot of people think, it's just a custom made W7.

Is there any solution rather than reinstalling Gta SA+SAMP for Crash Address?

Mostly its happening to most of the users.
Microsoft.net framework clears those errors in some systems only where as others remain same.
Any way clearing that without reinstalling?

Negative. Sometimes it's due to the modifications are un-supported by, SA:MP.

Yes, installing Microsoft.Net Framework does help but, if they continue crashing. It's due to modifications and other assorts.
