How can I set a picture as a background - jamax - 12.06.2012

Hello everybody I am a little bit interrested in this: I saw on one server that on login they have a picture as a backgorund and I am interested if somebody knows how they did it to explain me! thanx anyway

but just stretch the textdraw after you apply the image to it
