Instant Crash for SAMP 0.3d - Boxlo_Junior - 03.12.2011

Long story short, I just upgraded from 0.3c to 0.3d, and it just crashes. I open up SAMP, choose a server and it just instantly comes up with an error report. I never had any problem like this before with any previous versions of SAMP.

I have windows 7, and I've checked the topic at https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=103182 and it doesnt work for me, so please don't redirect me to it.

What I've done to try fix it;

Reinstall SAMP 0.3d
Change the GTA SAN ANDREAS Directory

The game was unable to start DirectX 9. Does single player run?

If there is a d3d9.dll in your GTA San Andreas folder, you should remove it. Don't remove d3d9.dll from any other folder. It's part of the windows system files.
