I get a few warnings in chat before that happens. Here them are:

You see it's the same warning over 11 times. I have mods, ENB series, cleos, but them all worked fine on before RCs. Then, the crashes are only coming when people with ID 11> are online, so it can't be a mod fail.

When I get the 0x00 exception, I will report it. It would be nice if you could fix it.

//EDIT
Now I get the 0x000 error. It was a few seconds after ID 11 joined the game. I guess it has something with ID 11 to do.

Here the crash report:

I guess it has something with player streaming to do.
I've got a few warnings a while before I crashed:

Re: Unknown crashes in 0.3d-RC9 - leong124 - 12.11.2011

Have you tested that again without mods? This is useful to prove the problem is unrelated to mods, instead of "guessing".

Re: Unknown crashes in 0.3d-RC9 - xZacharias - 12.11.2011

I am pretty sure the game crashes because of Stream Memory Fix by Alexander Blade. It did work pretty well in older SA-MP versions, on RC9 it crashes the game on the most 64 bit systems with multicore enabled. Did not try without multicore=1 but it should be fixed.

Re: Unknown crashes in 0.3d-RC9 - Jochemd - 12.11.2011

Maybe you should post it in the 0.3d section, Kalcor looks there more often at the moment I think.

Re: Unknown crashes in 0.3d-RC9 - shitbird - 13.11.2011

Remove the mods. That's all you can do.
Modding SA:MP never has been favourable.

EDIT:
Quote:

so it can't be a mod fail.

Yeah, it can, and it most likely is.

Re: Unknown crashes in 0.3d-RC9 - Kalcor - 13.11.2011

It looks like something to do with animations. So I'd guess an ifp mod or cleo.

Re: Unknown crashes in 0.3d-RC9 - Kerlan - 17.11.2011

this happens to me too on a 64bit

Re: Unknown crashes in 0.3d-RC9 - Kalcor - 28.11.2011

Some people have been reporting this on Windows 7.

Apparently this has fixed it for some players:
