Its my test server, I added neon, turned them time to 0 then started driving a little, put my camera down where I wanted (near the tire cause it looks awesome driving with it there) and see the stays looking like the dipper.

Except how the R* constellation interprets the big/little dipper, and how they put it upside down. :l

No. You didn't probably get it dude, the letter in the sky is R... for Rockstar you know. You're just missing one star on your screen.
