Well open another ticket, if that doesn't work then, I guess you'll be better off moving to another host.

First of all, PayPal has a function to try to demand the money back, what it's called i don't know and can't remember (I don't use PayPal) but i know people have done it before.

If they rejected your payment and kept your money they have committed a crime.
My tip: Don't go with serverFFS, they are crap and you are NOT the first one reporting this kind of treatment.

Re : What can i do with serverffs ... - scott1 - 10.06.2011

Serverffs should be kick out of server hoster list ...

Here comes the same old discussion again.
Let's make 1 thing clear, I'm not the biggest fan of FFS, I'd rather choose another host because of personal reasons. The times I easy client at FFS I was quite satisfied with the quality of the hosting.

When they shut down your services without refunding, you could have violated one or more terms in their ToS.
Please read it to see if you did.

Depending on what you did, FFS has the right to keep your money.
For example: when you use invalid contact information at your paypal account, paypal's tos says that the seller has the right to either refund or keep the money. FFS's tos claims that it will keep the money when this happens.
No way to go around it, you accepted to follow the tos when you registered.

If you REFUSE to SELL a PRODUCT to somebody, you have NO RIGHT to TAKE THEIR MONEY.
It's the EXACT same thing if you're underage, go to a store, take a beer out of the fridge, put it on the counter along with the money it costs. The guy behind the desk will probably refuse to sell you the beer, does that make him allowed to take the money anyways?

It doesn't. If you do not see how this is the exact same thing, i don't know how your brains works.
It would be different if he paid for the product, and they gave him his product, and THEN he started to abuse his product/breaking TOS. That would be understandable. But if they don't sell him the product from the beginning, it is fraud.

I'd say yeah. Report this to the police.

Well, it's working fine for me, but try to do a dispute on PayPal.
Don't go to the police, it'll only bring you in court trouble..

You have also failed to realize who created this topic.
