Need a vehicle streamer! - TheIncredibleGomma - 08.01.2011

Hey there. I downloaded a Gamemode in the Gamemode section but to run it i need following vehicle streamer:

Or well, can't say if this is the right one but I need this including file:

I searched for it but all download links seem to be down. If somebody could give a other, working link.
