I want to buy a PC and I can keep a server to 200 square slots and I could play myself on this server on that PC .. can? If yes, about what I recommend? thanks

You need to have a good internet connection to host a large server, not just a good computer.
but here's my recommendations: build dont buy as you can get what YOU want
get a quad core processor or better
plenty cooling
you buy cheap you buy unreliability.

What host do you recommend? , besides ServerFFS? : D ... something cheaper

Uhm, I don't understand, do you want to buy server hosting or host a server on your own computer?

I want to buy a pc, but I think better not get him to host server, I want to buy a host ..

Oh well I would still say to build your own (its not too difficult)
But as for buying hosting I would say serverffs.
