If this is confirmed by over 2 people, this bug needs a fix because it can be exploited.

However I don't have this problem.
If you change the skin when you're entering a vehicle, you just freezes(but you can move again when you use TogglePlayerControllable,PutPlayerInVehicle,etc.).
If you apply an animation when you are entering a vehicle, the client doesn't crash and the animation will be applied after entering/exiting the vehicle.

Please test before posting, this is a quite /fragile/ topic.
As far as i know, OnPlayerStateChange calls for all state changes not just 4,5 and 6. (4,5,6 are vehicle related changes.)

simple bug i found out. if you sit in a car as passenger and a driver is driving, and you change radio it appears as if the driver is changeing it inside

Ok, sorry. I've removed that.
However the other state changes will not cause that to have bugs.
As Calg00ne said, the crash only occurs when they are entering a vehicle,
so other state change will not affect the system.

I guess it's SA bug because PC version of GTA:SA do not have codes for changing radios for passengers, since PC version of GTA:SA do not have multiplayer. All multiplayers are mods.
EDIT:
When a player kill another player by cutting his neck while they are in the same team,
the one being "killed" will show a dying animation, but he will not die.
When he stands up again(by several methods) he cannot change the weapon.

This happens globally, if there are 2 cars and a player sitting on each one, if you change the radio you will see the other player changing it.

A weird bug I got.
So, I was shooting a people with a Combat Shotgun / SPAS. When I reload and I keep pressing KEY_FIRE, the player I shoot still losing health and dies.

I dont know if i am the only person having this but:
Sometimes when i carjack someone in a certain car(Can't remember wich one), on a platform that is not IPL(but CreateObject) Then the player will suddenly spawns onto the boddom of the sea(If the map is located above the sea)

True, seems to be a similar issue, but there's one thing; i've raced loads of maps that are located on water and seen people get carjacked, they don't seem to appear on the bottom of the sea.

No not realy, because a sanchez is not realy a floatable vehicle, and an infernus is not made for floating(Correct me if i'm wrong:P)

- With a Extinguisher or a weapon, you hit people with if you are too close, you can hit those Cluckin Bell/Burgershot/Casino etc NPCs and also kill them
edit: spray cans too
- While burning you don't die, you can walk around till you stop burning

Yes! Thanks, these were mentioned as bugs on another forum, forgot to add them here.
Also, if you have a parachute, you can damage unoccupied cars.
EDIT: I haven't added the spraying weapon bug yet because it might be SA related.
