Hey man how can change the news without having to do it from the database?
Also I'm trying to translate it but i can't find some of the stuff like the questions for the Character application.

You need to configure your xampp/wamp or other program than u use to operate phpmyadmin. Your PMA have an password, change that.

Change your user, your password and others.
