If a server doesn't contain a forum/website and contains "REFUNDING" in their server name definitely.

Those shitty SCRP rip-off's that close down in a week then reopen. To be honest I don't know why a large portion of the SAMP community create servers just to close one down a week later when the playerbase is low. Dedication, lads.

Yeah, I registered on LS-RP like a month ago. It took a while to get all the answers right, then do some other stuff, and my account is no-where to be seen.

It's a surprise how it has a lot of players. If any new servers did that, they would literally have no players at all for a long, long time.

If looking on the server advertisement and it only reads the server name, IP and web address with no effort of artwork or a showcase what so ever.

And seeing the admins set to level 40+

Definitely would have to be servers that are new and 'refund' players (usually new roleplay servers or something).

Depends on the server. Most servers use that word interchangeably with "starter pack". Back then, you'd have to post a screenshot of your previous stats from another server so you can get a partial/full "refund" of that on the one that you just joined.
