Nice! It reduced my Lag by a fair bit, but I don't see how the Chat Box changed?

If you notice the outlineless chat (press F7 again), it's a little more lighter.

Hi, I need some help. I've seen other servers that have the login and registration immediately upon server load. Can anyone help, below is a picture so you understand. It also comes up the rules so you can press Agree or Do not agree
