Plus what He said above, It is better to get a computer because if you just buy parts that is as much as another computer/laptop, one graphics card would be 100$ for a descent one, Plus you need a better CPU, Or Its a GPU, I forget, but if you buy a new computer I would recommend buy a desktop for the same price of that laptop.... Then make tune ups to your desktop and then try to play GTA 5 and then you might get better performance then 10 FPS!

Same as on desktop but disassembling a laptop is way harder.
If you haven't done this before, call someone who has the experience.

Simply buy a PC body and add whatever you want.
LAPTOP = HARDLY Upgrade of hardware and if you buy it cost you a lost of money

hmm can you tell mee to buy pc all parts for 500$ that will open GTA 5 or most of games in hight fps without lag ?
