I'm trying to use this on WAMP with windows but it doesn't seem to be working, when i click 'Start Server' a window pops up saying "Apache has stopped working" and doesn't start samp-server.exe

EDIT: Nvm fixed it all i needed was to get XAMPP and add the extension of php_ssl2.dll to PHP

i installed it and i got this

First, I hope you own that server.

Also, you need PHP 5.3.

I can not start server :/
I set up everything,everything is fine but i can not start server
Its read server.cfg (port i set pot 7778 and its say Server IP: 95.155.***.**:7778
So its mean CP have aces to folder and samp-server.exe file

I didn't understand where to put the folder, if the folder name is System, I have to extract its files in my Window's system folder?? .-.
