One thing that is important is that you should never use any SetPlayerCamera* functions while the cam is attached.

I've seen it happening once in a while, but SetCameraBehindPlayer + re-attaching the camera (note the order) always fixed it for me.

Really feel this thread should be bumped.

Anybody found a fix yet?
Yesterday it worked on my laptop, today it magically doesn't anymore. Same thing happened with my desktop a few months earlier.
It's really annoying :/. Haven't edited the flymode.pwn file since it came with the server download.
I've also found this thread which may be about the same problem.

So I'm guessing it's architecture related, although that doesn't explain why it worked for me before. Rebooting the server and system don't resolve the problem.

So again, magic happened and now it works again. Some days it does, some days it doesn't. Pretty random.

Possible fix, try the 0.3.7 R3 client.
