Modes:
Cops & Robbers
RolePlay
Stunt/Freeroam
Party Server/DM
Etc.

Cops and Robbers. Nothing else is fun.
RP is brain damage
DM is boring and repetative
CnR ftw.

My favorite types of server are Freeroam, CnR, DM, and a bit of light RP :P

lol, just made an unique RP, advertise it well, good admin team(not friends as admins cozx if thye abuse you will not punish(dont say you do coz you will see you don't)) and be a good and active owner... Be friend of all players, and don't let abuses happen., don't be allways restarting server and i think this is enought for have a epic server...

If You want to Create Succesfull Roleplay Server You only Need Unique Featerus Created by your Own.
Also a Good Active Admin Team Good Advertise you Will get Much Players Fastly.
