I would like to get the normal chat (press "t" then type) work for everyone without need to be regular player. Your help would be appreciated.

Anything I change in the .pwn wont actually change in the game, for example if I change the name it still says San Fierro Cops-Robbers-RPG.

Does anyone know why I get the error "The player ID (3) is not connnected to the server." When I try and target ID 2. The player is connect but it doesn't actually let me target them?
