How to set yourself as admin? Is there a player log of any sort? I tried /Rcon <password>

really nice gm im make some edit in
im remove npc and added ownership car and housing and some edit in gm like text and check point

/rcon does not work, i'm not sure why but nothing comes up except on CMD it says "Warning: /rcon exploit.." Can anyone tell me the solution ?

Hi I downloaded this game mode but when ever I use it I go in and the gates a the police stations in san fierro are messed up they are rotated the wrong way what can I do to fix it?

Server does not start for me or anything, "Server Unknown" i'm using volthost uploaded all files and such, any help please? - PM would be appreciated, and i'l give you REP.

When I run my server with this gamemode I am getting this:
Script[gamemodes/SFCRRPG.amx]: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"
Any help?

i was testing this i compiled everything over to 3e rc6 and every cmd i use it says /rape (playerid/name) and when i put /rape 1 it shows unknown command any help?
