well i have the fallowing pc

MSI K9AGM4-L
AMD Sempron 1200LE
ATI X1250 [Intergated]

am i able to upgrade to ATI Radeon™ HD 4890 Series?

um if you have the correct power supply and pci express bus slots on your mobo then yeah you should be fine
