5 reason why GTA Menu's failed.

Random post, but just thought I would give a few reasons to Mr.C was wrong to say "The menus in gta are fine".
  • Limited to 70.
  • ID reference was complicated when created in FS and GM.
  • 11 row limit.
  • Colour text bug where coloured text would not be highlighted when selected.
  • Different camera views and player states changed the selecting keys.
The new GUI is a superb update for 0.3, woop.

You're probably right, think I might of confused myself with limit of models was 70

and moving up and down the menu is sometimes unresponsive and slow. with the new Dialogs its better looking and alot faster.

The Dialog Boxes in 0.3 have a cursor

Its not a GUI they are called Dialog Boxes.

It's not the problem... U can do dynamic menus...
