Hello, how do I run debug mode on my server when my port is not 7777?

Deubug has nothing to do with your port.
Check your install folder and then run Samp_debug.exe.

When i launch debug, it is connecting to MYIP:7777
but my port is 4342

You dont have to connect to a host.
You can run debug without doing that.

I cant spawn cars then...

/vsel in debug mode to spawn cars.
