I have download my gta, yes download!
I can run Sa-mp in 10-20 minutes, then i get server closed... or something!
I use some mods ONLY cleo!
And i got Windows 7 my internet speed is fine

I have no idea what patch i have on my GTA...

Sorry but some of the stuff u said u have done...... We can't give u any souport.
But here's 2 advices:
-Buy GTA SA (PC)
-Remove your CLEO's

I can play Sa-mp in few minutes. I don't think it that i have copy of Gta san.

I had some problems with oryginal GTA so even if you have oryginal, try cracks (It is not warez if genuine copy!), it's much comfortable and faster to run, also you have to install sa-mp on CLEAR installation of SA.

I haven't tested Windows 7 yet, but why SAMP shouldn't work on it?

It does work, I'm using no-cd so I don't have to flip my DVD's all the time.
