When i spawn some cars right near spawn explode, a few seconds after a spawn and the back end is above the ground the rest is apparently underground.In other places the same happens if i drive up on a group of cars very fast, they spawn have above ground half below.

Any ideas?

Higher the vehicles Z position.
It happens when the vehicles spawn, before the ground.
Sometimes they'll even fall underground, and spawn in other places.
