Map to FS error

OK I converted my map and made a FS with it and it had no errors,it compiled fine.But when I loaded the FS with the /rcon loadfs command,It wasn't there.Can anyone make a better one?Here is the script I used to make my FS

EDIT:I forgot to uncomment #define FILTERSCRIPT

Why u dont start the Filterscript at the serverstart?
And have u made it into OnFilterScriptInit not OnGameModeInit?
