I think it is a strange problem. I can use SA MP only from 7 pm to 7 am (this don't happen on saturday or sunday).
The problem is that in the other 12 hours of the day i can't see the server list and also my favorites servers have 9999 ping. No servers are available.
This is not a firewall problem or a connection problem so answer only if you can suggest me different things.

It's definatly something to do with parental control. Is it just SA-MP that stops working? Do any other programs that uses the internet stop working too?
