Since I tried to install a new wheel mod, SAMP (After the white bar loading screen, before Vinewood), I get an error that says gta_sa.EXE Internal Error: Then I get a bunch of numbers that changes almost every time. I have deleted d3d9.dll, but it still won't work. I thought it might be the wheel mod, and replaced the mod with the original Backed up files, but that didnt work either. I even went so far as to completely replace the gta3.img with a stock one, and it STILL Won't work. Am I going to have to re-install the whole game?

EDIT: The game works on single-player, so it has to be a samp issue, right? I've re-installed it like 4 times.
