How can i do to when i am connecting to the internet and disconnecting so the IP of the router and the computer IP wont changed

You need to have a static IP which will have your IP re-new to always be the same. You will need to call or contact your ISP some how and tell them you want a Static IP setup. Some ISPs charge a few dollars extra a month for the service but some are free.
