reason for this is because there are a lot of scripts but not enough free hosters

15 slots , if they are full then I will upgrade them to a maximum of 100

I personally didn't remove it, but another mod probably removed it because a topic for requesting/offering free server hosting already exists - http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=78329.0
