internal error

i was having a little problem with SAMP so i reinstalled it, but now when i try to connect to a server, a message comes: "Internal Error: 601626" and if i do it again, the same message comes with a different number

1. Try deleting the gta_sa.set file in your GTA San Andreas User Files folder.
2. If you got any d3d9.dll in your GTA directory, delete it.
3. Create a new user on Windows, and then run your SA-MP.

if you are using windows vista try launching both San Andreas and Samp
in win 98

nope, none of these worked
neither did running it with 98 compatibility
singleplayer works totally fine, its just SAMP
i've completely uninstalled both GTASA and SAMP and reinstalled them, but that didnt work.
i've also read the thread that said to download the directx control panel thing but that didnt work either
any help would be appreciated
