Did you uninstall your old SA-MP before you installed the new?

Have you tried pressing master server update? - Works for me.

Yeah I did...look I downloaded san andreas yesterday from a torrent site(no mods) singel player works great but ...samp doesn't

Maybe you need to foward your port or something.
