Well if I want to make a friend a faction and he wants the HQ to have a interior but it doesn't how would I add the interior?

SetPlayerInterior?
do a few checks PlayerToPoint and on enter setPlayerInterior and SetPlayerPos with SetPlayerFacingAngle. that' must do it
