Yeah, there is no function in sa-mp for that, only if you're the server owner (Server logs it automaticly).
I don't know if there are any programs for it, but it isn't allowed by sa-mp anyway. Maybe an idea for sa-mp 0.3

Well, I already use a automatic-screenshot-programm, but its would be easier, to have it as "document"...
