I Have a German Godfather Script (by Pychosandman) (http://forum.sa-mp.de/wbb/san-andrea...psychosandman/)
and when i Spawn Vehicles with Createvehicle, AddStaticVehicle or AddStaticVehicleEx then are the Vehicles locked...

That's because the Godfather saves vehicles to files, it wasn't made to be heavily edited.
Add a vehicle manually to the file, using the options that are used to put them there.
