Hey there.

I just installed the GTA Multiplayer Mod Client and also the Server. I'd like to play with my girlfriend on lan an createt a server on my Notebook, but it doenst work. Then I thought, try it first with the client, but there came to next problem.
When I click on a server, nothing happens. There is no d3d9.dll, i deleted the san adreas.set file, i did a reboot, but still nothing happens. Then i tried to change compatibility mode to Windows 98 / Windows Me. The game starts, but then crashes. What should I do?

btw. I have version 1.0 and winXP home sp2

At first I tried to make my own server, but this doesnt work. Then I wanted to play in the Internet, but when I click on a server, nothing happens.
And yes, I can play single player

what anti virus are you using? kaspersky blocked my SA-MP, just ****** your kaspersky version and the word "SA MP" it will find the solution.

Delete gta_sa.set in your User Files and it'll work

Do you got the newest SA:MP Version installed?

I use Kasperky, but i closed it before starting the game.
And I also have the new version.

It works on my desktop pc, but not on my notebook...
