Ive been having trouble opening sa-mp ive tried reinstalling both of them and when ever i load a server it does the mouse loading thing then nothing

TRY re-installing game + samp if again error then OMG error in XP
Re-install

no other fix

Ive tried reinstalling sa-mp and Gta, Reformatting my pc, Downloading other copys of sa and still nothing

Delete the file "gta_sa.set" in your "GTA San Andreas User Files"
