Create a text document, most likely done by rich clicking on a empty space in windos explorer, selecting new, then text doucment, name the text document, open it then paste the MTA code

If i go to MTA forum, don't you think they'd say the same thing? I'm not saying "oh i need help with MTA this, MTA that" I just need to EDIT my SA-MP map on MTA and then convert it back to SA-MP

When saving you can choose "Datatype", normally its "Textdocument (.txt)", click on it and change to all Datatypes. Now add your extension like test.ini
