Well, I was thinking about making 2 scripts in one, let me explain:
I will take the Larp gamemode, and the Carlito's RP gamemode, and will take the "faction thing" from the larp, and will move it into the Carlito's RP gamemode.
I would like to combine all the faction thing (Member, Leader, Rank) into the LARP gamemode.

Is someone can help me with that?

thats a bit point less you might as well make your own factions on la-rp or on CRPwould save time and confusion for your self..
