I've got some commands wich let you fly.. It's usefull just like the thing you mean.

i am usin 1 fly command but i want one that gives much more run speed

You can make several teleport commands for admins. It takes less time to be at the place you want.

Like i said, it's not possible to run faster, but you can create script which will set your position forward if you're holding UP key or backwards if you're holding key DOWN and maybe you can play animation by doing that.
